The Experience:
Let us know you are interesting in working with us by filling out our Inquiry Form. Whether you need a special floral delivery or you’re planning a Wedding or Event, we will reach back out and confirm your order or set up a meeting. We make every effort to respond to every inquiry within hours.
Reach out:
This is where introductions are made, in person or over the phone, we get to hear all about your story and vision. We walk you through the details asking questions to ensure nothing is left out. During this time we can answer your questions and make suggestions. This is the perfect opportunity to make sure we are the right fit for each other.
Consultation:
After our consultation, we put together a detailed floral proposal complete with all of your events details and beautiful visuals of your color palette + style references in an itemized list of products + services you require. This process usually takes 1-5 days.
Proposal:
Once you know that we are the right florist for you, we make it Official! By signing our contract + submitting a 20% deposit, your date is reserved. Although we are available to you throughout the entire process, 6 weeks out from your big day we will reach back out to confirm all details and make any last minute changes needed then send you the final invoice.
Booking:
Always on time, we will hand- deliver your gorgeous bouquet + personal flowers (my favorite part of the day!). The floral team will then get to work making all your floral dreams come true! Before we go, we always check in with your designated day-of contact to ensure every detail is just right. If you chose to take advantage of our break-down services, we will be there at the end of the night to pack and clean up all of the floral elements.

The Story:
I started designing flowers when I was just 17. At the time it was just a side job to get me through college and into the Police Academy. Although I had spent my youth believing I was going to be a “badass crime fighter”, it did not take long to realize I had absolutely fallen in love with floral design.
From the colors, textures and combinations of gorgeous blooms to the thrill of creating a delicate and meaningful gift, being a florist transformed how I saw my future. It is truly a humbling gift to be there for other people on the best and the worst days of their lives. I had the honor of holding the hand of a grieving mother while we planned the perfect floral tribute for her child. The same year, I had the joy of helping a young person propose to the love of their life with a romantic floral wonderland.
All of those important moments I shared with perfect strangers, along with the support of my amazing partner, motivated me to make changes and begin my pursuit of a new dream.
20 years later, I have worked in virtually every corner of the floral industry. Through schooling, I earned California Certified Floral Designer in 2014 and placed in the top 10 designers at state competition in 2015. I’ve had the honor of teaching floral design mechanics, had the title of Lead Designer & Manager in amazing floral shops across 3 states and had the opportunity to freelance, working and learning from other amazing florists.
My little family consists of my amazing husband of 15+ years and our charming + creative twin boys. Although we moved around for a bit, we settled in Meridian Idaho, buying our home with space for my floral studio. Wayward Greens Floral & Design is named for my design style and personality. I have strong opinions and stand up for what I believe. I love pushing the boundaries in floral design, creating wild, funky and whimsical designs. I use a wide range of floral design styles and techniques to keep it fun, exciting and never the same. It’s all about Floral Badassery and spreading the LOVE!
