June in Sun Valley sets the tone all on its own- elevated, relaxed, and quietly iconic. From the very beginning, Gaby worked closely with Rachel of Good Times Styled Events to shape a day that felt elevated, personal, and deeply connected. Every design choice was intentional, layered, and thoughtfully considered- creating a wedding that felt confident, stylish, and entirely their own.

The ceremony took place at the Trail Creek bridge, surrounded by towering trees and mountain air. We created a large-scale floral installation that flanked the bridge, designed to feel organic- like it had always belonged there. Lush garden florals in white and cream were mixed with soft lavender tones and abundant foliage. Hydrangeas, peonies, lavender delphinium, scabiosa, snapdragons, astilbe, lisianthus, and snowball bush foliage gave the design depth, movement, and that perfect balance of wild and polished.

Gaby was breathtaking in every sense. Her look was timeless and modern, finished with a petite bouquet of phalaenopsis orchids that felt refined, confident, and completely her. Photographer Brooke Taylor captured the day with an eye for storytelling, romantic, expressive, and full of feeling, with every moment documented beautifully.
After the ceremony, guests flowed into cocktail hour, where the energy shifted into something playful and personal. One standout detail was a custom cowboy hat station, where guests could personalize their own hats. It was a fun, unexpected touch that felt perfectly at home in Sun Valley and set the tone for the celebration ahead.

The entrance to the reception tent was framed with oversized planters overflowing with lush foliage and garden blooms, offering a glimpse of what awaited inside. We designed a fully custom escort table inspired by rolling foothills, built with mossy hills, clover, and blooms. Escort cards were die-cut into shapes inspired by Gaby and Mike’s favorite outdoor pursuits—fishing, hunting, skiing, and horseback riding—adding personality and intention to every detail.

Inside the tent, the design shifted into something immersive and transportive. Gaby’s love of trees became a central inspiration, and the goal was to bring that feeling indoors in a way that felt natural and refined.

Long tables featured mossy meadow-style arrangements layered with lavender, clematis, freesia, yarrow, and scabiosa, while round tables were anchored by tall, tree-inspired installations that rose organically from the tablescape. Overhead, chandeliers dripped with foliage and blooms, creating a canopy effect that echoed the surrounding landscape. Large trees and potted hydrangeas flanked the bar and stage, grounding the space and making the reception feel like an intimate forest gathering- lush, layered, and alive.

As the night unfolded, Jukebox Boise took the stage—absolutely phenomenal—and the florals surrounding the band mirrored the rest of the design: garden-forward, lush, and full of life.

When the reception transitioned into full celebration mode, Gaby made a re-entrance that no one will forget, wearing a custom party dress made from her mother’s wedding gown.

Gaby and Mike took the stage together, and the energy was electric—joyful, emotional, and completely legendary.

As with every thoughtfully designed celebration, this day came to life through the collaboration of an incredible team. From planning to photography to the final floral details, each vendor played a meaningful role in bringing Gaby and Mike’s vision to life.
